This Industrial Glue with a Cyanoacrylate resin base has remarkable strength. It has a good long shelf life, which can be extended even further if it is stored in a refrigerator. It is economical to use! One drop of Hafixs Professional Glue will cover an area of 4–5 CM². It is suitable for all repairs around the home, garden, workshop or in Industry for renovating and maintenance, for DIY, laminating, kitchen fitting, metal working, woodworking and wood turning, for model making, engineering hobbies and crafts etc., and particularly the assembly of small parts. It is often the case that the cure bonded part becomes stronger than the materials being bonded. It resists up to 200KG/CM² of pulling force. It has a good resistance against many chemicals.
It is suitable for use with most materials such as: porcelain, china, crystal, glass, ceramic, marble, wood, MDF, plastics, ABS, PVC, acrylic, rubber, metal leather etc., all these combinations and numerous other materials. Note: It is not for use with polypropylene or polyethylene.
HAFIXS Professional Glue is in liquid form. This has proven to be suitable for most uses. It is supplied in an easy to use applicator that can be fitted with a replacement and extension nozzle if required. It is easy to use! You only need a few drops of glue and a few seconds. If the glue had been stored in a refrigerator, it must be return to room temperature before use. Do not apply heat. Do not subject to direct sunlight.
USE: Make sure the parts to be bonded are clean and dry. Spread a very thin film of glue over one side only. There is approx 5 seconds adjustment time. Line up the two parts and press them together for a few seconds or a few minutes for porous materials.
CURE: This glue continues to harden for 10 – 12 hours. After this, the glue resists water, oil, gasoline, alcohol and can support temperatures from + 80°C to – 80°C with a softening point of 180°C.
STORAGE: It is recommended that after use, the base of the glue bottle be tapped hard on a flat surface to ensure that unused glue in the nozzle goes back into the bottle and the nozzle is then cleaned before replacing the cap for storage.
TIP: To open, snip nozzle at the very tip to ensure that not too much glue is released on application. It is a good idea to place a piece of polyethylene between the nozzle and the cap or insert small amount of grease inside the cap around the thread so the cap cannot stick to the bottle once opened.
CAUTION Keep out of reach of children as it can glue skin and eyes in a few seconds. In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. Irritant to eyes and mucus skin. Use in a well-ventilated area. Not to be taken internally.

FILLING POWDER
This filler is in a powder form and is utilised with HAFIXS Professional Glue. The filler is activated when the glue is added.
It can be used for:- gap filling, surface building and moulding etc. It is suitable for use with most materials such as: porcelain, crystal, china, glass, ceramic, marble, wood, MDF, plastic, ABS, PVC, acrylic, metal etc., including some difficult industrial plastics. After the cure, the filler will support temperatures. It will resist water. It will provide a strong and durable surface. The surface can be machined, drilled, sanded, filed, it can be polished, varnished or painted etc. Make sure the area to be applied is clean and dry. There are several methods of application.
FOR GAP FILLING:- DEEP GAP - Pour enough powder to cover the base of the gap, then apply some of the glue. Repeat this method until the gap is filled. SHALLOW GAP - Pour the powder into the gap until it is filled, apply the glue slowly to ensure that not too much is used.
FOR SURFACE BUILDING:- First apply the glue to the area required then either dip into the powder or pour the powder on to the surface. Repeat this method until the required build up has been achieved.
FOR MOULDING:- Pour the glue into the mould, slowly add the powder until the glue has become soaked up leaving a powder surface. Any excess powder can be saved and re-used., HAFIXS Filler Powder is supplied in an easy to use applicator with a screw cap and nozzle. Note: To open, snip the nozzle at the very tip to prevent to much of the powder being released during application, the nozzle will become blocked at the tip if it comes into contact with the glue when applying. RAPID REACTION ACCELERATOR
HAFIXS Rapid Reaction Accelerator together with HAFIXS Professional Glue provides a fast cure bonding system.
A fast cure is recommended when an emergency repair is required or when working in difficult, or adverse conditions, in extreme temperatures etc. It is particularly recommended for mitre joints in industry such as kitchen fitting especially MDF end grain. It can be used in assembly. It is possible to pre-treat parts with the accelerator up to 48 hours prior to the bonding. It is suitable to use with most materials such as: porcelain, china, crystal, glass, ceramic, marble, wood, MDF, plastics, ABS, PVC, acrylic, rubber, leather, metal and many other material types. Good results can be achieved with this high-speed cure bonding system with many benefits such as: strong on impact and can be handled within 2- 4 seconds, if the surface is porous then 10-20 seconds, the final cure is 1 hours. After the cure it has a temperature resistance - 40°C up to + 180° C. Note: The adjustment time is limited when joining parts.
HAFIXS Rapid Reaction Accelerator is supplied with a brush in cap and an alternative spray top for easy application. After use you should replace the screw cap to avoid evaporation.
USE: Paint or spray the accelerator on one part and apply a thin film of glue to the other. Press together for a few seconds or longer for porous materials. If the surface to be bonded is very porous, the accelerator can be used as a sealant and can be painted on both parts before gluing. If the surface to be bonded is difficult, it can be prepared by first roughening the surface.
STORAGE: The accelerator does not evaporate and has a shelf life or 2 years if it is stored at room temperature. The shelf life can be extended if it is stored in a refrigerator. It needs to be stored in a dark place such as its original container.
CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. Mild irritant to eyes In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Use in a well-ventilated area. Not to be taken internally.
